Hello! My name is Olivia Richmond. I come from a family of artists and educators, and grew up in Jefferson, Maine on my parents’ horse farm. I attended Lincoln Academy, graduating in 2018, and then matriculated to the University of Southern Maine where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education in May of 2022, with a double concentration in Painting/Drawing and Ceramics.

I am drawn to nature and animals as a subject because I truly connect with it. Growing up in the midcoast area, I was constantly surrounded by nature. I enjoy attempting to capture the magic I feel when I am surrounded by plants and animals. Lately, I have been particularly interested in creatures and scenery you might find around the coast of Maine.

Currently, I work at Nobleboro school teaching Art. I also sell my own work through my facebook page, Olivia Richmond Art, and my Etsy Page, LivyRichmondART, which can be found linked bellow. Thanks for viewing!
